Shkumbin Ibraimi, is a senior Human Resources Manager, Recruiter, Trainer, HR Specialist, Management Consultant, where he helps employees to improve their values, while enhancing the skills needed to achieve the objectives. He finished his studies in Law and pursued certifications in project management.

 

With over 20 years of high-level managerial experience, he worked as a HR Manager for 5 years at "CACTTUS", one of the largest Kosovar companies in the ICT field. Then for 2 years he worked in the retail companies’ "Meridian Express" and "Albi Group" in the capacity of HR Manager and Trainer. He is also certified as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. He also was Managing Partner and Executive Director of Mercurius Consulting, a company that specializes in helping businesses grow their human capacities, by offering consulting services in the field of Staff Recruitment and Selection, HR Outsourcing, Training and Motivation.
