We’re looking for a communicative and detail-oriented Guest Support to join our client’s Hotel Management Industry. Their main responsibility will be to communicate with clients, assist with bookings, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stay in touch with clients across different channels, sharing information, confirming reservations, and supporting their requests
Reply to inquiries promptly and professionally, making sure every client enjoys a smooth experience
Manage check-in and check-out procedures and help clients with any related questions
Track reservations and payments, keeping all details accurate and up to date
Work closely with the internal team on apartment readiness, cleaning, and maintenance needs
Collect cash payments from apartment residents and keep precise records of every transaction
Take care of daily operational requests and handle client concerns with professionalism, resolving issues quickly and effectively

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

Experience in reception, customer support, or housekeeping roles is considered an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, in both written and oral
Excellent knowledge of maintenance services
