staffiX and Gent Shala Consulting are companies specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and professional candidate for the position of Head of Sales to join our client’s team in the Automotive Spare Parts Industry. The candidate's main responsibility will be to lead the Sales Department and support the growth of the company in the Kosovo market, along with developing successful sales strategies and keeping close positive relationships with key clients and partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish, develop and manage the operations of the sales department, including the management of the branch network
Create and execute the sales budget and the achievement of sales and profit targets by category
Prepare and apply sales plans while overseeing their successful implementation
Support new openings of branches and participate in regional service development programs
Oversee and ensure effective implementation of the company’s commercial policy
Analyze market position and launch strategic initiatives to grow and strengthen market share in the region
Lead, train and support the sales team (area sales managers and sales representatives), including guidance in complex sales situations
Identify opportunities for improving sales strategies and processes, while tracking market trends, competitor activities, and maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables), ERP systems MS Navision, BC, or similar
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, and field sales
Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams, combined with strong people management, organizational, negotiation, and networking skills
B category driving license
OFFER:
Salary 1,700 – 1,800€ gross, based on experience (negotiated during the final phase)
Working hours from Monday to Friday
