Office Administrator

staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a friendly, passionate and professional Office Administrator to join our client’s growing team in Kosovo, in the industry of Production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Coordinate and manage all administration operations

· Create and regularly update personnel files

· Process and create daily, weekly and monthly reports on company output and production

· Process and input production data on the software

· Support bookkeeping procedures and handle minor financial transactions for the company

· Assist with administrative tasks related to production processes

· Answer phone calls and email inquiries from clients and partners


QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

· Bachelor’s degree in related fields

· At least 1 year work experience administrative positions or in similar role

· Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

· Familiarity with accounting software’s will be considered an advantage

· Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions

· Great data analytical skills

· Proficient English and Albanian

· Excellent Microsoft Office skills


OFFER:

· Starting salary of 700 Euro gross with possibility of increase upon reaching full role competency

· Working hours 08:00 to 16:00, from Monday to Friday
