staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We are looking for committed and responsible Operations & Logistics Officers to join a well-established company operating in the Food and Suplement Industry. The selected candidates will support key operational and logistical processes, contributing to smooth daily operations and reliable service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process and manage client orders accurately and on time
Collect and record payments, ensuring proper tracking and handover to accounting
Prepare and organize operational and financial documentation for the accounting service
Pack, label, and prepare products for delivery, including coordination and execution of deliveries to members/clients as required
Communicate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and general inquiries
Receive, unload, organize, and maintain products in the warehouse
Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and ensure warehouse organization

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational, logistics or administrative role is an advantage
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel knowledge is preferable)
Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, both written and oral
Friendly, polite and professional communication with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills, as well as attention to detail and prioritization to meet the deadlines
Decision-making and problem-solving skills

OFFER:

Salary 750€-850€, based on experience and qualifications
Working hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with work on the first Saturday of each month from 09:00 to 14:00
