staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We are looking for a friendly and passionate Intern to join our team’s Marketing Department. As an Intern, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in meaningful projects and gain hands-on experience in the various fields. You’ll work hard, have fun and gain skills! Our interns are treated like Partners who work 25 hours a week, are good compensated, and based at City Center of Pristina.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns.
Help create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites.
Create and distribute content such as blogs, videos and press releases on social media and newsletters.
Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms.
Brainstorm and research ideas for original content.
Help create and edit short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok.

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field such as advertising or Journalism.
Mastery of the major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Excellent in English, in both written and oral (obligatory).
Ability to interact positively with people.
Excellent internet research skills
Candidate must be enthusiastic, a self-motivated, able to work in a group or independently.
