To enhance our client's operations in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunications, we’re looking for an energetic and highly-ambitious candidate for the position of Technical Sales. Their main responsibility will be to drive technical sales by defining requirements, supporting accounts and analyzing market trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with sales teams to define technical requirements for network and server solutions, assess product applications, and assist in preparing high-value bids, leveraging your technical expertise
Support and grow accounts by engaging in sales activities, conducting demos, and offering tailored solutions based on your deep understanding of network and server products
Conduct market analysis to evaluate competitors, identify opportunities, and create reports that highlight the cost benefits of network and server solutions for potential clients
Manage daily communications with vendors, distributors, and clients to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong relationships related to your product offerings
Contribute to strategic planning by participating in pricing, sales forecasting, and marketing efforts, as well as organizing workshops for new technology launches
Continuously update your knowledge of network and server technologies, enhance sales tools, and share insights through newsletters that highlight innovations
Meet sales targets by regularly updating forecasts and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers to drive growth in the technology market
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree and Certifications, ideally in IT or other related fields
Minimum 1+ years of experience in technical sales, as a technical solution provider or similar roles
Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, in both written and oral
Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
Emotionally intelligent, able to build and sustain positive relationships
