staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a friendly and professional candidate for the position of Area Sales Manager to join our client’s team in the Industry of Spare Parts Distribution. The main responsibility of the candidate will be to manage the Sales Department and contribute to the company’s growth in the Kosovo market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and further develop the operations of the sales department, including supervision of the branch network
Develop and implement the sales budget, while ensuring achievement of sales and profit targets by category
Prepare sales plans and monitor their effective execution
Participate in branch openings and contribute to regional service development initiatives
Ensure proper implementation of the company’s commercial policy across operations
Monitor market position and initiate strategic actions to strengthen and expand market share within the region
Lead, coach, and support the sales team, including area sales managers and sales representatives, especially in complex sales situations
Identify improvements in sales strategies and processes, while following market trends, competitor activities, and maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables), ERP systems MS Navision, BC, or similar
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, and field sales
Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams, combined with strong people management, organizational, negotiation, and networking skills
B category driving license

Salary up to 1,700€ gross, based on experience
Working hours 09:00 to 17:00, from Monday to Friday
