staffiX and Gent Shala Consulting are companies specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and solution-oriented professional candidate to take on the role of Project Manager to join our client’s Event Management Industry. Their main responsibility will be organizing and executing high-impact business events, team management, budget management, and ensuring easy cooperation with external partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and manage B2B events and other business functions such as exhibitions and business visits with focus on logistics, budget, and execution from planning to finalization
Manage self-financed budgets by optimizing profitability through cost control and optimum utilization of resources
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve timely completion of activities and project objectives
Communicate effectively with exhibitors, sponsors, and subcontractors for high satisfaction and successful event completion
Oversee the marketing strategy to drive participation and engagement, including communicating event needs, reviewing materials, and approving content and design quality
Identify potential risks in advance and implement contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted delivery of events

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

Having a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in project management in the private sector (non-NGO environments)
Good communication skills in English, both written and oral
Experience in organizing B2B events from start to finish
Strong budgeting and cost-control skills
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
Effective communicator with subcontractors, sponsors, and exhibitor
Proficient in risk identification
Driving license

OFFER:

Salary €1,000–1,200 Gross, based on experience

Working hours 08:30 to 16:30, from Monday to Friday
