Component Lead

staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for an energetic and highly-ambitious Component Lead to join our client’s Non-Profit Organization. Their main responsibility would be to improve the collaboration of civil society with other sectors, especially with the private sector and public institutions.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, implement, and oversee Cross-Sector Collaboration activities, including report preparation and promotion.

  • Regularly communicate and coordinate with both local and international partners and contractors.

  • Work with program leadership to ensure effective integration and strategic alignment of all program activities.

  • Proactively identify and engage business and sector representatives for potential collaborations.

  • Facilitate partnerships aimed at enhancing cooperation between civil society and government.

  • Organize and manage Philanthropy Forums, monitor philanthropy data and produce promotional materials like success stories and articles.

  • Collect data for monitoring and evaluation, focusing on Cross-Sector Collaboration activities.

  • Design and implement grant schemes to foster cross-sectoral partnerships.

  • Collaborate with the Public Communication Officer to highlight successful initiatives within Cross-Sector Collaboration.

  • Keep track of relevant legal and policy developments affecting Cross-Sector Collaboration

 

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Business Management, Economics, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or other related fields

  • At least 5 years of experience working with programs in the field of governance, with a preference in private sector development and/or support of civil society

  • Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role with proven experience in partnership and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, in both written and oral

  • Experience with civil society organizations and business sector collaboration, including through business associations

  • Strong organizational skills and knowledge of monitoring and evaluation systems.

  • Emotionally intelligent, able to build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders

 

OFFER:

  • Salary ranging from 1600€ – 1,800€ Gross, based on qualification and experience

  • Working hours 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday (14:00)
